Our site team are online pretty much 20hrs a day, so the chances are you're query will be answered quickly but even at the worst you're query will be answered within 8hrs.

Of course! Thats the whole point of the site. You can message them directly within the site - there are certain rules though like not including telephone numbers or email addresses - we have our dating telephone service where users north and south can leave messages for other members - and you can even snail mail and write to members, we just forward them on your behalf (full details in TAIL Magazine).
